More Commisioned Work

Here is two more commissioned work projects.

This is a preemie crocheted burial gown with bonnet.

I am still working on three commissioned sweaters, a toddler outfit, two newborn blankets, and a boys burial outfit. I will post pictures as they are completed!

More Scraps used, well almost

These are babies. They are a Japanese Crochet Pattern
Blue and purple floppy elephant (pattern from Kristies Kids)
Blue Hippo (Pattern from Kristies Kids)
Little Mice (Pattern from Kristies Kids)

This is the one item that was not made from scraps. This is a 6-9 month dress and bloomer pattern. I am also finishing up a blue one that is smaller. These will be donated to charity. My goal is to use up as much scrap yarn as possible in January.

Finishing up

I have currently trying to use up the leftover yarn for the month of December. I have a commissioned project to start on January 10th. I have been hired to make a lady a sweater in January and another one in February. Anyway here is the pictures for the start of 2008. The pirates are already claimed by John. He is planning on putting them in the back window of his car. The blue sweater has a fur trim and was a commissioned project for December. The green sweater looks like a hooded sweatshirt complete with hood, another commissioned project. The turtle and blue bunny is made out of the leftover yarn from the sweaters.

Odds and ends

I am ending the year with using up the odds and ends of skeins that tend to accumulate. This is just one of the items that I have finished. I gave them to the grandbabies. I did not have much choice.

Sweaters

I finally got two sweaters done. These are going to our granddaughters, Aryona and Trinity. They are matching. Trinity picked out the colors and buttons.

What am I up to?

I am still working on completing the projects that I have started this year. I desire to bring each year to completion so that I can start fresh in January. I have things to get completed, and pictures to take. It is time to replace our camera, so when this in accomplished, there will be pictures posted. I have also, and this is getting away from crochet, but I will try to get a picture posted with a very tired camera, the picture of the gift basket I made for some dear friends for Thanksgiving. It is not crocheted, but does use a variey of crafts. We have a number of these we are working on, as the holiday season is upon us.
